Usually something inappropriately humorous and private like an in-joke between myself and one of a few very dear friends. I can think of it for days later and crack up, grin and giggle til I have tears in my eyes. Or I guess that might be signs of some kind of mental condition developing, in which case I will edit my answer if it is ever diagnosed.
