extropy is the opposite of entropy...its everything that builds, creates and edifies as opposed to tear down, destroy and diminish. In some circles it would be thought of as "lifeforce" or "the prime mover."
microcosm means literally "little universe." I've always been totally fascinated with little worlds within worlds...everything from the little people and things in a doll house to Biosphere experiments and even the tiny "homes in a store" at IKEA. I have this attraction to the idea of being self-contained yet complete in oneself - the maximum variety and utility in the minimum space.
strangers with candy: the TV series starring Amy Sedaris. Its just utterly wrong like South Park yet sly instead of sophomoric.
tribal music: aboriginal and native american music and fusions based on them. Some fave artists include Brent Lewis, Kailash & Friends, Yothu Yindi, Nomad, and Scott Fitzgerald.
water play: as in fooling around in the water with a hot hairy man. Like tub, shower, pool, hot tub, etc. Not water *sports*, mind you. ;)
