Profunditeer Alert!!

Anyone out there live near or relatively near Piedmont Park and would be willing to host me and my truck (truck staying put all weekend, me really only around at night) for Pride Weekend - Jun 23-25?

With the road construction and the regular traffic for Pride, it will *really* suck if I have to come in from Cobb every day.  I have a bud that will pick me up in the mornings, as long as I can get a place to sleep and take a shower I'm golden.

This quest comes with a Profunditeer promotion and a massage from moi  - just not during the weekend, I'll be worn out already!

Yesterday was just loverly.  Had a great mellow time with summa my Cub Corps at the Screen on the Green in Piedmont Park.

Cadet Mattison mashbyh and I bravely fought our way through traffic, I talked to Cadet Noah the7thletter for a sec (sorry I couldn't find you, pup!), and we picked up a stray on the way (Lt. J.G. Mark vernal_vices was walking down the sidewalk and we hollered and he holla'd back ;) 

We camped out on the hill and enjoyed some homemade treats ala Mattison and waited for Lt. McQ mdmcquaig to arrive.  Mark frolicked off for a bit while we listened to the Zac Brown Band, who were quite good I will have to get more of their music.  Eventually dusk arrived and Mark returned and we all cuddled and watched Ferris get away with it all.  Traffic was a biznitch on the way out too, and I dropped a sleepy pup off at his apartment.

Thursday in the Park with Cubs

Lots on the horizon, one rubbin at a time...

ATL Pride is less than a week away! OMGOMGOMGOMG. *deep breath* Got a lot to get ready by then.

Bear All / Belly Weekend is the weekend after, and even though I'm not officially working the event, I still have some clients to work on privately there so I'll still be busy. By then the opportunity I mentioned in an earlier post should have gone into effect and we'll see how that goes. I'm excited and trepidacious at the same time. All these are potentially good for me, but I need some of this potential to turn into actual - especially since I'm not teaching right now.

Daddy needs a new pair of crocs. ;)

Got a few client bookings today for the next couple weeks - along with my regular guy (and hopefully someone he just referred to me) I should just be squeakin by (assuming Pride goes well).  

I find it very heartening that I didn't get to do the Bear All event in an official capacity that my friends came through for me and I have 5 clients for that weekend already LOL  I'll probably make more money that way than I would have all weekend with the chair in the hospitality suite. ;) 

Also it looks like the business relationship between Bearlix and Bear Paws is stepping up a notch and thats a good thing, so hopefully I'll have another regular stop to make on my rubbin rounds. All that pimpin' musta paid off. ;)

Oh!  And I donated a massage session to the Atlanta Gay Men's Chorus silent auction this weekend.  So if you want to help a good cause (and get a rubbin from moi) then bid on it! :)
