For the past year it has been a pleasure to offer bearlix to the community. However, bearlix has reached a plateau and I lack the resources to push it beyond this point. Rather than to let it linger as another abandoned bear site, I have chosen instead to close.
This has not been an easy decision by any means, being emotionally vested in the site. However, I have learned a great deal from this experience, and that's something I will always have with me. Going forward I put my support behind BearCiti.
I would like to thank the community for giving me this opportunity, and giving me a chance. I would also like to personally thank bothprofundis for being a trusted advisor, friend, and emotional support; and citizenpep for creating the logo. I'm sorry that t-shirt never got made for ya.
My very best wishes to all of you.

Personal note: Scott, you built a better mousetrap and you did it by yourself for the most part. Marketing is for someone else - you have the coding chops and the inventiveness to go far - wherever you turn that talent - don't stop creating!
