Have a Heart(worm treatment donation)!

This pretty puppy right here is sick and needs some expensive care - he has heartworms (larval and adult) and is going to need $1200 of treatment.

Of course we are all moving and have the costs associated with it so this couldn't be a worse time. His new owner (my roomie) just used his birthday money and sold his living room furniture to help defray the costs but that still leaves a gap of about $400.

Avery is not acute *yet* but he could go into a acute attack (including cardiac arrest) at any time so the sooner we get this together the better. Both of Avery's "uncles" have hammered home the lesson about "prevention better than cure" so that is not needed at this time, only some help covering the costs!
