"This was the first apartment complex that I ever lived in so I might be giving this review from a slanted and biased house renter point of view.
[Apartment Complex] was a cool apartment and townhouse community as far as the individuals who lived there are concerned; however the management staff at this location was very frustrating to deal with at times.
I lived here with a buddy of mine I go to college with and at the time we were both mild mannered, calm, party throwing every now and then kind of guys. The first party that we actually had at this place was rudely interrupted by one of the staff telling us to turn the music down and for who ever was smoking to pick up their cigarette butts out of the parking lot. I would have somewhat understood this intrusion if it would have been 3:00am on a Monday night. But this intrusion took place at 11:00pm on a Friday night.
I am not going to be too preachy about how the staff at this location should handle crazy kids who listen to that "rock and roll" music, but the actions that took place on their behalf that night were hard to forgive.
With personal incidents pushed to the side, I would like to add that the town home that we lived in was a little too narrow for two grown men and a dog (yes they allow pets for a steep fee.) And when we moved out we spent two days with cleaning the carpet with a shampoo and steam vacuum and they still tried to charge us a large fee for stains and "pet odor."
There is a nice complex right across the street if you really want to avoid these and other incidents/fees there is a nice apartment complex across the street."
