I keep looking at it for signs of spoofage, and there really aren't any. Their website is even more serious. I don't think they are spoofing at all (ala the Backstreet Bears), but rather doing some sort of arrested development "old fat hairy guys can be in a boy band too!" thing. The lead singer is especially selling it hard, like he knows this is his last best chance for fame.
If they are making fun, they are doing it like Donnie Davies /Evening Service...a little TOO slick of a parody...
