I'm pretty sure the beginning of it all was Super Friends, but my uncle gave me a big brown grocery bag full of comic books when I was 5 and I fell instantly in love. My friend on the block was also a comic nerd at 5 already so we played Super Friends and made up our own characters. I began drawing soon after, and basically absorbing everything superhero-ey I could get ahold of.
