profundis | All's Well That Ends Well

Started off the day just feeling really out of sorts...kinda sad and tremulous for some reason I couldn't identify, except maybe for general money woeness. Didn't really want to go to work, and then when I did go I got stuck in super wreck traffic for an hour to go 15 miles. Grrr. I did make it just in time, so much for leaving early. I think I was also a little dehydrated, so there ya go.

But once I got to work and saw my regular lady at the doc office (who asked for more of my cards to hand out to her friends), and worked on a new guy who I really connected with and has already rescheduled with me (he said I had the warmest hands he'd ever felt and that my "Reiki was on full power" today, I felt a lot better.

Then I had a nice phone chat with Lt Cmdr. Jeb

arthole, convo and dinner (mmm, cilantro hummus) with Supreme Cub (The Cub Formerly Known as Contender Cub)

mad_piper at Padriac's Pub (where we totally gossiped about all you bitches), a nice phone convo with my ol' massage mentor -- whom I found out had spoken with my director at school who told my mentor-friend that I was one of their best instructors and they were glad to have me! Glee!

I even got a VM from Danger Woman to round the day out!
